i got PR for my family in October 2010. i landed 'Toronto' with my wife and tow kids in December 2010 and there after we had to return motherland January 2011.(after about 3weeks in Canada). so,still we are in our motherland, we plan to do 'Vancouver' on October 2013 .

1. is there problem to change the city?
2. can they allow us to land Vancouver or are there any regulations or limits to block our entry?
3 what documents need to be with us other than air tickets?

1. No problem

2. You can land in Vancouver

3. You need your passports and PR cards. If you didn't get your PR cards, you can use PR travel documents or if you are visa exempt, show your landing documents.
