hi everyone
I am having a question. I am from Hong Kong.I am still on the processing of family sponsor in outland.I am living in canada with my husband, but I got some problem so i need.to go back to Hong Kong now. Do I need to tell the CIC that I move back to Hong Kong? However, My husband is Canadian, his address will be still the same in Canada. It just myself need to change the address. anyone know what can I do? which form I should fill up ?

You need to inform the visa office handling your application. Send a case specific query to your visa office which I assume is Hongkong VO.

This is a reason that I am confusing now. I know I need to inform the visa office in Hong Kong, however I dont know which form that I should fill up and send it to them.
I am really confusing with the email that I usually get from the visa office in Hong Kong that they says I need to fill up the form IMM 5476 Use of Representative form if there is change on my phone,address and email. but I dont have a representative. How can I use this form to change my address?

HongKong VO is thinking that you are using representative that's why they want you to fill up the Use of Rep form. Tell them that you are not using any representative and you are going back to your country that's why you are asking for change of address.

As far as I know there is no IMM form for changing address. Just let them know that you are going back to your country and you want to use that address as your current address.

do you think I can call the CIC in Canada to tell them? or I should just a letter to the visa office in Hong Kong with all my informtion in it and tell them I need to change my address?

You can call CIC Canada and ask for instructions. They should be able to provide you with specific advice.
