changing address on web

Hello all!

Can someone please tell me which address can be changed through the CIC website? I am worried that if my wife and I move, depending on our new jobs, that I won't be able to notify CIC quickly before they send important information to us.

If you go to the main webpage at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp you see a pinkish window to the right. One of the options is change my address.

So is this the mailing address of the applicant that can be changed online?

It looks like if Canadian citizens are outside of Canada, applying with their spouses, that they must contact the regional office? This is pretty inconvenient for my situation. It makes no sense that citizens abroad have to mail or even call long distance to change a mailing address which is very important. Why would they not include an email service for this through the regional offices? Has anyone else had to change their mailing address and did it through the internet to their corresponding regional office, like the Singapore office?
