Changing Address as a Permanent Resident?

I have been a permanent resident in Canada since 2015 and just moved house. Do i need to let CIC know my new address? I tried to login to MyCIC and it says my account has been revoked, i'm assuming it's been revoked because i'm now a Perm resident and my account isnt needed anymore?

I did some research on the CIC website and couldnt find anything specifically saying that permanent residents need to inform CIC when they move house so thought i'd ask here
