When creating the profile, I listed ALL of my work experiences (7) but only 2 of them gave me points. After receiving ITA the system is asking for a reference letter from each company!! Same for my spouse, and he is not receiving any points for his work experience. Some of these companies no longer exist and it's impossible to obtain a reference letter. Can I delete any work experience that is irrelevant from the Work History file, and keep them in the Personal History file?
