applying for study permit after 1st june 2014,
couz i just got my LOA a few days back and now i dont know what to do

You just have to wait till June 1st to know direction of the new law. When I got my LOA, all I did was to rush in my apllication (though carefully) by May 23rd and is being processed already in accra.
