changes from initial CIO application - urgent help needed

Hi Experts
I need your advise on the following matter.
I submitted initial application to CIO and now heading to submit with documents to buffalo. The deadline is Mar 22, 2010.
I have 10 yrs of experience. However I have made two major mistakes in the initial application to CIO. Now I could catch it but not sure how I should correct it. It's regarding duration and NOC code.
2009 feb till date ----> 2174 Senior IT Consultant/Programmer Company D
2006 mar to 2009 jan ----> 2174 software programmer, company C
2005 feb to 2006 mar ----> 0213 senior lead, company B
2002 feb to 2005 feb ----> 0213 senior analyst, copmany A
2000 sep to 2002 feb ----> 2174 programmer, company A

now I see that there are two mistakes. FIRST: "2009 feb till date" I see my designation matches 2174, however a careful look shows the duties match 2172. huh - now what should I do...?

SECOND: I forgot when I got promoted during my first job in Comp A and mistakenly mentioned 2002 feb to 2005 feb as 0213. I found the old promotion letter now and notice that I was promoted 2003 apr. So I wish to change it to:
2003 apr to 2005 feb ----> 0213
2000 sep to 2003 mar ----> 2174
I am totally confused of what I should do and how it will affect. And of course I do repent why I could not locate/remember the promotional letter!

WELL in my case ...i also need to do some small changes....you should write letter to buffalo along with your package...mentioning the changes you are doing in your current application...i think that will be okk

These things do happen. Effect the changes on a new form then do a covering letter explaining the reasons for the changes. That's it. The changes mustn't be too different from your original submission.

I am about to submit application to Buffalo NY. Do I need to attach a copy of the original application that was sent to CIO?

No. Just send one set of application forms.

I guess it is not a big worry. There is a special note in the guideline for immigration officers to expect minor errors in matching NOC codes to experience and minor errors to be ignored, read below

Note: While the Regulations clearly place responsibility on applicants to undertake research of the NOC
and provide the NOC coding for the occupations in which they claim qualifying experience, officers are
expected to exercise discretion where applicants may have made minor errors or omissions in
correlating work experience and NOC coding.

So nothing to worry. Just explain in a covering letter about the mistakes. Good luck
