Changed job the day I submitted EE profile. Wrote 'ongoing' in work history. How to proceed?

So I got transferred to a different department and job role on the same day that I submitted the EE profile. But I wrote in my profile that this job is ongoing.
Will my application be rejected?
submitted profile on 16 August morning. Wrote in work history that the job is ongoing.
New job role started on 16 August evening.
