Changed Generic form

Hi I am new to this forum. I sent my application on 19th November 2014. Received on 25th Nov. But Generic form got changed on 24th Nov.
Anything to worry about??
Pls suggest.

You have absolutely nothing to worry about. I'm also in a similar situation.

Your application documents were signed and dated before 24th of Nov and your application was in transit before the change date.

Just relax and pray that all other documents are in order.
