I have a query. I have applied for student visa (SDS) on August 23rd at Centennial college on Jan 2021. But, on november, I recieved offer letter from University for Master's program on Fall-2021 and I accepted that without the verdict of my visa status. And IRCC has not responded to my webform of DLI changing. I am quite confused. Could anyone guide me in this process by proper assistance on what to do or have i taken the correct step ?

Well the first thing that you would like to know. It's confirm if you really could do the change of institution while you are being evaluated for the student visa. You can change program or institution, but after you have your visa. Try to call them directly. And ask if you can do the change and just notify them or you have to make another application.
In case they tell you can do the change while your application is evaluated, ask them for instruction about how to do it. I guest that kind of information is the government website

I tried contacting IRCC but i haven't got nay response..Do you any FAQ link in which there is problem stated like me ?
