Changed debit card, online applications all gone

I apologize for the incoherency but I'm literally in tears every time I think of my situation. Maybe I'm overreacting but I hope I can get some help /advice here.


I am currently here on implied status (sent in online app to extend work permit) and alreDy received an invitation to apply for PR. I was in the process of uploading fingerprint results (deadline Dec15), but before I did that, I changed my debit card as the old one's magnetic stripe no longer works. Now when I log on to the new card using Sign-in partner, both applications and all past apps are gone.


I tried relinking them but the system says it can't find the applications. Call center told me to use the case-specific we form for tech support but the response time is 10 days -- but, I have to upload fingerprints by Dec 15. That's more than ten days but I'm really worried, the response time might not be accurate (I alr sent in a form).


During the relinking you have to select what type of application and I ran into three issues :


1) not sure if my permanent resident application is under Express Entry or Canaduan Experience Class -- I did try both


2) the question they ask is some passport, app number and UCI number, and also the language result test ID. I did CELPIP and used the "registration number" on my test result. This is the only one I'm not 100% sure about and I think it's causing the system not to find my app.


3) for the application to extend work permit, the question was an expected start and end date which I don't really have. I have a copy if the form I uploaded and i put 22 aug 2015 to 22 August 2017 and that didn't work either.


I am at my wits end, really stressed and really worried how this will impact me as the app to extend my work permit is the only thing keeping me legal in Canada right now.
