Hi, I would like change working holiday visa to visitor visa inside Canada, I checked the official website, I must apply 30 days before my working holiday visa expire, but the process time is 50 days if I apply online, so which one is correct? What if my visa expire and I didn't get the approval? I can still stay until I get the reply or I must leave Canada? Also, is it if I get the approval earlier than my working holiday visa expire, I can't work anymore?

You have to apply 30 days before it expires. Once you've applied, you will be on implied status (i.e legally allowed to stay) till you get a response to your application.

If your application is denied, you will then be out of status and will have to leave Canada within 30 days.

You can work till your working visa is valid, even if you get an extension. You cannot work after the visa expiry date - even if you have applied for an extension/change to visitor status. Your work status ends on the day your work visa expires.
