I studied in Canada and completed studies in Jan 2020 and went back home her studies.
On 17 march about to board flight decided to stay back home as covid restrictions imposed.
Now situation is application for post graduate work permit submitted in April 2020 as outside of Canada and now waiting for approval. But biometric in India still closed so not sure how long it will take.
Option1 : As we got airline ticket extension for One year till march 2021. So my question is if I travel back to Canada on visitor visa( which already i have ) and by raising webform can I update My residence ( Canadian address) and then request to be considered as inland applicant. Any chances of refusal?
Option 2 : biometric in dubai is open and submitting biometric in dubai then wait for approval is better option?. The concern is according to cic website processing time for application is more that 25 weeks so not sure before march we ll get approval.
