change visitor visa to open work permit

Hi all,

I entered Canada with a visitor visa while my open work visa was in processing. in my country, the open work visa takes 7 months meanwhile apply for open work visa inside Canada takes 2 months. if I change the address to inside Canada, did the processing times change and they will take the decision of my visa inside Canada?

No, just by changing your address you cannot do this. You have to withdraw and re-apply.
