Hi all,
i do need guidance from experts in this forum for my situation. i'll try to describe it as detail as i can.
me and my wife came to canada under study permit. i am studying for a two year post-graduate program(i'm in 2nd sem now), as a full-time student in a college and my wife is enrolling in an ESL program, also in a full-time basis. the reason my wife studying ESL is because she was planning to study in a college too, but she has decided that she won't go to any college in the future because her english is far below the requirements (btw, she is already registered in the college). she want to go to work to support our financial condition.
because i am a full-time student, that means that she is entitled to work without any time limit. and these are my questions:
1. what are the steps that i have to take to change my wife's visa status from study permit to work permit (a full-time student accompanied by his or her spouse, i don't know the appropriate term for the permit for the spouse)? e.g. forms we have to fill out, where to send the required documents to, or can we both submit it by online?
2. do i have to submit two application forms, one for my part and one for my wife's part?
3. i have obtained the withdrawal form from my wife's college, but i'm not sure which one that i should submit first, the application form for changes or the withdrawal form
i'd like to thank anyone who helped, because i'm really confused about this, i've searched cic.gc.ca, but found information which is not very clear from my point of view, or i guess i'm just sucks about these regulations :(

Hi,

1. Your spouse is eligible for Open Work Permit (OWP) which shall remain valid as long as your study permits. You should NOT expect any renewal of OWP based on your PGWP.

2. You need to follow this link;
