Change University in Canada

Hi everyone,

I am from Karachi - Pakistan. I want to know is it possible that I change my college or university after reach Canada?. Actually, Likewise Australia or UK you can change your education provider to provide logical and valid reason why you change your education provider. Is same rule applies there or not?. I actually keen to go to Humber college in Ontario but my consultant inform me that apply student permit on college basis is 99.99% refusal and delay in Canadian consulate. Honestly, I have seen his statement becomes true on this forum.

I have not much aware with Canadian education provider rule but I have seen that some universities offer withdraw and refund policy but i haven't seen any section regarding transfer education provider. Anyone on this forum has any knowledge about this please share with me.

: If you are changing schools and/or your program of study but remain at the same level (e.g., secondary level), you do not need to modify your study permit. However, if for example you are a student at the primary school level and you are moving on to secondary school, or if you are a secondary school student and you are moving on to post-secondary studies, or if you are moving from post-secondary studies to secondary studies, you need to submit an application to modify your study permit at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta."
