Hi so I am working on my app right now, to give background, I am a temporary work permit holder whose permit expires on august 23rd this year so I am applying to change my status to visitor to stay longer.
First question I have, can we e-sign every single form? Like the representative forms and the IMM5708 form? If so, do we just type our name out or do we have to upload our e-signature?
Second question, how good quality does the photo have to be? I just used a scanned image of photos taken recently for PR and its not blurry but fine details like strands of hair are not very visible.
Third question, theres no box on IMM5708 that says "change status to visitor" which would more relate to what we are trying to achieve here. Am I using the correct form for my situation? I should check off "extend my stay as a visitor" right?
Fourth question, what is the IMM5257 schedule 1 form for? I know its optional, but who needs to fill that one out? Do I need to? I have no dependants, only my canadian spouse.
