Change "Place where study permit application will be submitted" in CAQ app

Is it possible to change "Place where application for study permit will be submitted" in the CAQ application ? I will travelling to a different country and I might not be able to submit it from where I am residing now.

Could somebody please shed some light on this? Has anyone tried this before ?

I have called CAQ office and had my location of submitting Study permit changed. They can only do it if your file is still under processing.
