CHANGE OF VISA OFFICE

Hi all!

I am spanish and actually I live in Beijing. I have applied to MPNP. Now my application is in the Hong Kong visa office because I've lived in Beijing during more one year. Anyone knows if I can request change of visa office to Paris which falls to me as spanish citizen?

I believe it depends on the visa office. In my case, I live in Singapore and my file was initially with the Singapore visa office but I requested to transfer to Philippines office as I am a Philippine citizen and the Singapore office granted the transfer. However, for abu dhabi office, they did not allow the transfer to your country of citizenship unless you are going back for good.
My advise is to just go ahead and email the HK office to request for transfer.

If I request the transfer of my Application and the Hong Kong office visa says me it isn't possible, do yo think that this request would delay my timeline because I have incommade them?

Good day! I am a Bangladeshi citizen, currently living in Beijing, China for more than 3 months. I will stay here for 2 years and I have been given visa for that with temporary residence permit. Now, I have applied for MPNP like you. Upon the mercy of Almighty, I am expecting a positive outcome shortly. If I am given LOA from MPNP, I would like to chose my Visa Office as HK, because it is likely to reduce processing time. Do you have any idea, how long it may take to finalize cases in HK visa office. Another thing is that, how did you collect police clearance certificate from Beijing.
