Change of Uni after TRV & before SP

Hey Guys.

I got my TRV stamped to my passport.

And I'm thinking to take admission in Concordia now because it's program is more related to my work experience.

But I applied for visa on the basis of Memorial University admit and even paid the first year tuition for memorial university.

So can I just request the CBSA officer at the POE to give me study permit for Concordia or there's gonna be a problem ? Because the fee difference it like 3 times
Can anyone please suggest something here ?

But I didn't get the Study Permit yet, there's just a TRV stamp on my passport.
So can this be done ?

What you can do is loging on to you CIC account , there is a section for transferring from DLI to another one. This is the way to switch university withoht the need of applying again. You can confirm with any other member as well

This I know but this is after getting the study permit, not before. I wish to change the university before getting the study permit.
