I am accepted in the Masters in Public Administration program in University of Saskatchewan. My background is BBA major in Finance & Accounting with CGPA 3.64, IELTS Score 7.5 (R 8.5, L 7.5, W 7, S 7.5). Recently I have gone through some visa refusal posts and pretty concerned about this "you proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other education opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities,or your future prospects and plans" issue.
Though I studied Business and doing job in business field, I want to change my track and really want to go to Government or Non Profit. Thus I choose Masters in Public Administration. There are some relevant courses like Public Finance, Public Sector Financial Management and Economic Policy which backs my previous study of Finance. But seeing the refusal post I am worried that VO may refuse my visa application thinking its not much relevant to my previous study or work experience. What do you guys think about my chance of getting visa. I have not applied yet. I have another question regarding IELTS issue. My IELTS score was valid when I applied at the University and got admission. But now validity is over. Do I need to submit IELTS score report while applying for the visa or only the offer letter will do? If I do need to submit IELTS score report then will I need to sit for IELTS again or old score report will do? Oh I am from Bangladesh.
