I sponsored my wife's PR under Outland processing last October, she recently got her TRV approved in April and she traveled in Canada on May 28th. Same day we received message that her PR is approved. Could you please let us know if she can change status from TRV to PR within Canada? If yes, do we need to go to US border and return or do we need to book an appointment in CIC office? If yes, do we need to go to CIC office in Toronto?
