I have applied for CAQ and also written IELTS examination on my previous passport, it was later recognised that there was a spelling mistake on my previous passport and i had reapplied and changed my passport with a different number. The quebec authorities has given instructions to delhi high commission office about the acceptance on my previous passport but due to the passport change, can i apply student permit with the new passport.
