After receiving the LMIA work permit, the owner sold the business, resulting in a change of ownership. However, since the company is incorporated, there has been no change to the corporate name listed on the LMIA approval letter. The only difference is that the name of the person who is written on the LMIA approval letter and the current owner, who will sign the employment letter for my Express Entry application, are different. In this case, should I submit a Letter of Explanation (LOE) to clarify why the owner's name is different?
