Change of office mobile number post PPR

Hello Everyone,

I received my PPR yesterday :).I am single male applicant from Mumbai,India.I received my PPR post 3 months my AOR.I have a simple query.I changed my job on the 6th of July and I have already informed CIC via IRCC webform on 12th July about my new job and change in my office mobile number.

Now I received PPR on the 15th of July and the email says in case there is a change of circumstances which includes a long list such as any criminal charges,marriage,pregnancy and change of address or phone number then the primary office should be informed about it immediately.Now in my case I have already informed this to CIC on the 12th July via IRCC webform.I have also uploaded relevant documents such as my experience letter of previous company and the offer letter of my new company.Will I need to email the primary office again?Is it required especially if my office mobile number has changed.It has been changed to my personal mobile number in my new company.My personal mobile number and residential address is same as before.

Also I have a IRCC registered agent who is my representative.Is he meant to notify my primary office regarding the change of my office or is it ok if I do it myself.
