Change of Name for Spouse

I got married after creating express entry profile. Recently got IELTS again and CRS now 459

All my spouse documents are carrying old surname (IELTS, WES etc.)

Applied already to provinces PNP, although we've included marriage certificate as part of supporting evidence

We are in process of changing her passport to my surname.

By the time we get ITA/Nomination her passport details would have changed. How do we proceed?

1. Do we continue to use docs with old name and when we get PPR, we send passport with new name? Since Marriage certificate is part of supporting documents

2. Do we need to notify the province when her passport details change (we sent passport with old surname)

3. If we get ITA do we send new passport details and LOE?

In my opinion its not advisable to wait till the last moment to report a relevant change

2. Do we need to notify the province when her passport details change (we sent passport with old surname)

Yes

3. If we get ITA do we send new passport details and LOE?

Yes, attach both passports (bio-data pages for the old passport most likely will have Cancelled/Renewed stamp on them.) Add an LOE to explain the change.

Nomination certificate on 30/11 has my spouse's former name and she just got a new passport today, with my name.

What now?

How do we contact SINP to change her name on the nomination certificate?
Can I change her name on MyCIC profile? How will that affect her IELTS TRF, degree certificates, transcripts etc.

Anyone with similar knowledge or case?

This should not be an issue. You can always explain your situation in a letter of explanation.
Dont go about changing names in any documents. Both names were your spouse's and it changed due to marriage i assume so that should not be an issue.

Make sure to list all names used in mycic.

So in family information on MyCIC, should i leave it as it is or change her name to match new passport?

Since thats her present name, so use that and list that as primary.
