Hi, my husband applied for his PR under CEC category in May 2014. We then get married in June 2014. However, we didn't inform CIC as we thought that I am a Canadian Citizen so it is fine that he didn't include me in the application (stupid mistakes!). He has then extended his WP in July 2014 with "single" status. Recently, we been reading through the forum and realized that we should have inform CIC the marital status even though I am a Canadian Citizen. So we have sent our mariage act to CIC immediately. My question is, would this impact his PR application? Also, his WP is expiring in August and he will soon need to renew his WP. Since he applied WP as single in July 2014, is this gonna be a problem? Is it something we can do to fix our mistakes?
