Change of mailing/residential address CPC Vegreville

Hi! My husband applied for an extension of his work permit while we're waiting for a decision on our application for PR. CPC Vegreville received the application for WP extension October 15 and he still has not received a reply or AOR from them.

He recently moved to a new location and would like to change his mailing address but we can't find CPC Vegreville's contact info except for their mailing address. Can he change his address via snail mail? CIC call center?

yes, your husband can do so through phone call, call CIC and change his address. they might need his client ID to identify him.
