Change of last name, PMM, BCGuy please help

Hello all,

I've posted before about me leaving the country for awhile after quitting my job in Canada. I've since gotten married and now have a new passport with my new last name.

My old work permit is in my maiden name which is in my old passport. Do I need to do anything before coming back to Canada because of the change or do I need to just bring both of my passports with me and it'll be taken care of at the POE?

It can be sorted at the POE, bring your marriage certificate.
