i sent in my application, and it has yet to be processed , and had a job change,
how should i let them know if need about my change in job

When did you send? Do you have the receipt number for your payment? I would call tomorrow morning at 8am and tell them because YES you HAVE to tell them you have a change of information. They will tell you where to send it and how.

Hi from what I was told by the call center before if you job change does not prevent you from meeting the Income requirement amount to sponsor you don't have to advise them.

Not what I was told. I was told to inform them if I change jobs or go on leave.
