Hi experts,
I was admitted into both University of Manitoba and University of Alberta. I applied for SP using UofM Standardized Letter and to the glory of GOD visa was approved both with my wife and children.
Upon thorough research, I've chosen UofA with class starting in Winter 2016(January) Term. I am still in my home country, can i apply for a change of Institution from my home country via MyCIC or I must get to Canada before this can be done?
Secondly, Winter 2016 is too close and I requested UofA to deffer the admission but they responded that I might need to reapply for Fall 2016(September) Term instead. Should I go and reapply in Canada or I should reapply from my home country? Since I have the visa can i move to Canada and stay there till September 2016 before starting my class?
I have a contract which i must conclude before leaving for Canada because the final payment is approved and this will take some few months. This is actually the reason for the delay.
