change of institution after visa

Hello Friends,
Actually i need to know something.

I have Accepted letter of Acceptance from Langara College, Vancouver (Post Degree Diploma- Business Administration) for may Intake.
I would be applying for Visa for the same. So my Study permit would say college's Name and Province as British Columbia.

Now i applied for Masters of management in University of Windsor for September intake. Now lets say i get my visa for May and before joining College or even landing in Canada i get Windsor's Acceptance.

Q1 Can i in any way join masters at University of Windsor?
Q2 Would i be needed to inform CIC as Study Visa then should be valid from September ?
Q3 Would it hinder my chances for PR?
Q4 Would Langara College refund my fees when i show them offer letter from the other university?
Q5 Would I be able to switch to university if in case i get Windsor's Acceptance after landing in Canada?

Please answer this, I would be really grateful and this would help me big time.

1. Yes, you can provided you maintain your student status from May to September.
2. Yes, you will have to via MyCIC.
4. Expect no refund once classes starts.
5. Yes provided you inform CIC.

So what else do you think? Because after June 2014, all schools are bound to report status of international students to CIC.

What if i get my admission confirmation from university before joining college or even landing in canada?
I think in that case i can get refund from college
Once i get the refund then m no longer a student of college
Then what will I do in this time period- May to September
