Change of home after applying

Hi Friends,

I am in a situation where i am selling my current home. I have already applied for FSW 2014 and the date of application to CIC is 30 June 2014. I am moving to a new home in the same city.
What are all the possible impacts here? or is there any option that we can change the communication address after getting PER?
Anyone can give some information to this?

there is a change of address section on CIC，see if it applies

Thanks for the reply. in my case PER is not granted yet. so i guess this will be applicable after that in case if its applicable for me.
