Change of Employer-Work permit-Online Application

Hi All,

I have been here on a closed work permit (with positive LMO) since dec 2009.

In dec 2010, the company i worked for declared bankruptcy. I was unemployed since then but manage to stay inside canada.

Now i got my new employer's positive LMO again & applied for "Change of employer work permit" online on 1 Feb 2011. I have'nt heard anything so far?

My visa will be expire on Nov 2011. Will i get my new work permit?

Any chances of refusal?
