Change of DLI, intake, and program duration while SP+OWP application is still in progress as per GCKey Account

Hello! I am a bit confused on what to do to notify IRCC about SP applicant’s change in DLI, intake, and program duration when SP+OWP application is in progress. Do we just have to send webform or do as well the steps in changing school in GCKey Account? Or does the latter apply only to those who already have approved Study Permit?

Thank you for your input. Do you know if they’ll just base the status as shown on our GCKey account? I’m asking this because while GCKey shows SP+OWP application is in progress, in the GCMS notes that we got, everything looks good on SP application (I think it’s just bcoz of SP applicant’s DLI not being on the list of COVID-ready DLIs, final decision has not been given yet.), however, it’s clearly written there that OWP application is refused due to DLI not allowing spousal OWP and we received a refund of the OWP holder fee a couple of months ago.

As long as you have not received correspondence that your application is concluded, you can assume it's still in progress.

Also note that once your SP is issued, if you want to change your DLI prior to going to Canada, you will need to submit a new SP application and pay the fees.

I see. I, the OWP applicant received BVL just 8 days after my husband & I submitted our application. There’s no correspondence yet about a final decision for both SP & OWP applications. Hope we don’t have to do a resubmission of application. Really worried bcoz original DLI is set to be included in the COVID-ready list on Apr 6th & we just submitted webform today about the change in DLI, intake and program duration. We’re hoping that IRCC gets to read the notice we sent along with updated LOA before they release their final decision.

Hello. Just wondering if they read the notice you sent with LOA. I have the same case as you. Realized after submitted the application that the school don't offer pgwr therefore won't be able to get OWP for my husband. The application is still in process so I would like do change the DLI before get a decision so I don't have do reapply and pay the fees again and start the process from scratch.
