I have offer letter for Jan intake from One of the uni in Ontario for Prof Masters course based. But I have one also applied for PhD in Alberta for Jan intake and prof is ready as well but their outcome will come after Oct only. I am working in India so have to serve notice period if I will get visa.
Can I currently start my visa filing on basis of ontario letter and can I later change it once I will get confirmation for research based programme. I can bare tuition fee loss for one term. But research base programme is preferred. Please suggest
