Yes...

You have two options to change the visa office depending on the current status of your PR application.

1. If you have already received PPR then you need to send the email to the address provided in PPR mail requesting for change in Visa office. (Usually take around 10 working days to reflect)

2. If you are still awaiting for PPR then raise the CSE (Case specific enquiry) from the below link providing the new address.
