CHANGE OF COLLEGE NAME

dear friends!! please help...
i have to fill up the form and i m in great dilema that which name should be writen in the form. my UG college has chnged its name. shall i write the present name or old name? what are the other documents required?

Hi,

just relax,this is not a big dilemma or anything and no documents are required.
in form you should write the name of college at present and beside it say FORMERLY called (old name).
