Change of college but continuing with same course

I'm an International student from India planning to study in Fleming college for Social Service Worker in the month of May as Fleming is the only college available for May intake and I cannot wait till September intake.I need to know whether I could continue with SSW in some other college in Torronto after my 1st semester in Fleming college and what all are the formalities I need to do.Is it risky?Will I lose any of my tuition fees.Please explain everything to me.Thanks in advance.

Maybe start by asking Fleming college if this is a possibility but for sure keep them informed given your permit was issued off back of the offer from Fleming so not attending after first semester could have an impact if you do not keep them informed. Would not hold out for any fee refunds given changing college is your decision and not due to any exceptional circumstances. Most important though if following this route is to keep CIC informed of any change.
