I got AOR on Feb 29th and application is still in process and recently on May 9th I submitted a web form for change of address. Last week I got an email reply from cic.gc.ca stating this
"We're still working on your application.
You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date."
Does this mean they read and acknowledged my change of address request. Why do they have to make it so confusing?
And is there any other way to reach them and confirm my address change?
