Hello everyone,
I'm currently in Canada on a WHV and working full time while living with my girlfriend at the same address, we're planning to let her sponsor me after the WHV as a common law sponsor. I'm wondering if I need to change my address now (during my working holiday visa) or if I can do it when applying for my PR as common law partner. We're just a little worried that I will be taxed double during my WHV (once for my country of origin, Belgium, and once for Canada) or that we're breaking the law (either in Belgium or Canada) without knowing it.
How do you think we should proceed?
