Change of Address Needed ?

I applied for Canada PR from US. My AOR is 24-Mar-2019.
I recently had to travel to India due to some visa issues. I am expecting I will be back to the US in a month.

1. Do I need to change the address?
2. If I get email for Biometrics, can I provide them from a Canadian VAC in India ?

1.No. Your residential address is still in Canada. You haven't moved from Canada.
2.Since you're an "Inland" applicant and receive biometrics request, you actually have to go to a VAC outside Canada. Works well

Does it have to be VAC in the US or I can go to VAC in India ?
