I have not been able to find a more recent and conclusive answer for this one.
We will be applying for a Canadian PR under the FSW program very soon. We are from India, currently in USA but are moving to London in the next two months. My question is that will we need to EMAIL the Canada Immigration Office or the Canadian Embassy in London about our change of address? From what I have read so far, I believe the file transfer has been stopped so it seems like we will just need to email the Canada Immigration Office we would apply to at the time of our application.
