Looking for some advice regarding advising IRCC of a change of address post AOR.
I have attempted to use the Change of address form here (several times), using both my UCI and my EE application number to try and identify myself. However, in both cases, the system is unable to identify me.
Following this, I submitted an email to IRCC via the web form here, indicating my new address details. However, in response to this (2 weeks later), I received a very generic reply pointing me back to the Change of Address service, even though I had clearly indicated that the service is not able to identify me.
So... given this, I'm hoping someone can help with the following:

- Can anyone please suggest how I am supposed to update IRCC of my change of address.
- The best way of checking which address IRCC has on file for me (I have moved a couple of times, and would therefore like to know whether IRCC updated my address the first time I sent them an inquiry via the web form).
- Is there an email address where post AOR EE inquiries / updates can be sent more directly?
