Did you declare your husband in all your documents when you applied here? if not, and if you applied for PR with a married status there would be a problem in you application. You will be charged of misrepresentation. If you declared your husband in all your documents, you will write an explanation in the immigration why your passport is single.

I got married last April 2010, I renewed first my Passport (since it's almost expired and still the green passport-Phils Passport) before I sent my LCP PR & OWP Application last April 2011. But in my ECAS still my single name. I did phoned CIC many times, they said there's no problem about it as long as documents are provided as proofs of being married.

Try phoning PCG VAncouver or Toronto (I assume you're from the Phils) and ask them if you need to renew your passport or just report your marriage. Good luck (-:
