Hi everyone. I have a question about how to apply extension visa as visitor within Canada. Please give me an advice.
I am currently in Canada as a student and I applied my extension visa as visitor beginning of this month by online. Because I am about to apply my work permit and I received LMO approval a week ago. That's why I needed to stay Canada and wait my work permit approval.
Now I am concerning about the way I applied my extension visa was right or not.
My student visa is expire today. From tomorrow I will be a implied status.
I was thinking about sending my application of extension by mail, first. But I changed my mind and I submitted it by online. By mail, I had to enclose a check list (5558E), but I was not required to scan it by online. Is that right? By online, I didn't need to scan end provide the checklist? I submitted an application form (5708E), bank statement, proof of medical check, photo, passport copy and paid $75 by credit card. I am from visa exempt country.
Is that all right? Please provide your advice/any information!!! Thank you very much in advance.
