Hi everyone! Just want to get ideas, advice about changing job when you are already in the process of waiting for the PR application result.. can any of you please tell me if I can find another employer while waiting for my PR. I am an April applicant for PR.

I assume you applied under employer driven stream which you have to work for the same employer till you get the pr.

I've seen some cases like yours but it is really case by case. As the cic rule, you have to report to them that you changed your job/ employer, ad they will tell you that you might get rejected because working for the same employer was the deal in the first place. But one of my friends report the cic but they pursue the pr coz the new job was as qualified as the old one.

Can't tell you will be get the pr or not like I said it is totally case by case
