Change Job during the period for accumulating 1 year work experience under CEC

I am planning to apply for EE this October since I will get one year experience that time. I started my current job (under NOC A) on October last year, and now I wanna change my job because I have a better opportunity. Could anyone advise what documents I should get before I leave the current company? I have something in my mind, but I am not sure if these are enough, don't wanna take any risk for that.

1. Job offer contract: states full-time/part-time, permanent, starting date, salary, benefit
2. Employment reference letter: states full-time/part-time, permanent, employment period, duties, benefits

Employment reference letter from your old boss should be enough. (Though you will need to be sure all info CIC is looking for is there, and it should be on a company letterhead)

If you can, your employer should have Record of employment from Service Canada and maybe T4 slip of the year for you as well.

Thank you very much for replying. But I heard some people have problems to claim for the Canadian Working Experience points since they worked for different companies in one year even under the same NOC. ???

Possibly due to non-continuous work. CRS Canadian work points requires continuous 1 year work (or more) to claim the points, while CEC doesn't require that (Cumulative 1 year is ok). Though I can't find the statement about experiences from different NOC.

So is it ok if i quit from company A this week and join company B next week (same NOC)? can i still claim for the points of one year experience?
