Change in work history after recieving NOI

Hi, I got an NOI from Ontario on Jan 15th. Now I am about to submit the application to OINP however I have few queries.

I have 1 year & 3 months of experience in 1 company & the same amount of experience in the other company.
Now I want to remove my first work experience from my express entry profile due to lack of documents to prove the work experience. Can I make such a big change now? I don't want to be rejected on the basis of lack of documents or unable to prove my work experience.

From what I have checked, removing the work epxerience doesn't affect my score at all.

For my PNP application I removed the work experience and added it to personal history. I also uploaded a "Letter of Explanation(LOE)" explaining why I moved it to personal history, this LOE also had some documents that proved I was employed but I didn't have supporting documents.

My PNP application got approved on 27th May, and I got my ITA on 9th June.

I'm planning to do the same for my e-APR.

Also, it is mentioned to include all paid work experience in last 10 years? Shouldn't I provide all experience in work history tab in OINP and provide LOE for the same? Kindly advise me.

I worked in 3 companies.. I have all the necessary documents of my recent employment which is my primary NOC code and it has more than 4.5 years of experience.. for other 2 work experiences the NOC code is different and I have appointment letter, bank statements for salary credit and experience letter.. but not have reference letter in required format.. please advise if I can proceed to mention it in work history.. since those were paid work experience and I have proof of compensation as well..

That doesn't matter. Before ITA you are allowed to make changes to your express entry profile.

They did not respond to the email.. We called them and they said it cannot be provided from their end

From what I can understand you have the right documents to prove your employment, so you should include all the details in Work History. This is what I would do.

Firstly, Send a reminder email to the HR and try to get their response on email.

If they respond, save the email as pdf (you can use print to pdf), write a letter explaining that you tried to get a letter in the required format but the organization refused.

If they don't respond, wait for a few days and then save the email as pdf, and attach it to your LOE. Do mention in the LOE that the organization did not respond to your emails and you confirmed with them on phone that they don't issue such letters.

Secondly, Try to add some extra documents to your case that can help the Officer verify your employment. I would include

1. Joining / Offer Letter (all the pages)
2. First Salary Slip
3. Last Salary Slip
4. Bank Account Statement proving that first salary slip and last aalary slip was credited to your account.
5. Experience Letter in the current format.

These documents should be more than enough to prove paid employment.
