Change in WES Evaluation after EE submission and O-NOI

Hi Folks,
I have evaluated my foreign degree and a US university certificate course by WES. They did evaluate the foreign degree as 4 yr. bachelors degree equivalent to Canadian education, however, they did not evaluate the US transcript correctly, as they evaluated it as two separate certification instead of a one full year extensive course even though it was one single transcript. I've sent a letter to Wes asking them to review and they have reopened my case.
It is possible that WES may re-evaluate my credentials as a 4 year bachelors + 1 year certification which could bump up my CRS points (but it won't reduce since my 4 years degree will remain).
My Question - What happens if I get ITA with my existing ECA and later on my ECA is evaluated as 4 yr bachelors + 1 year certificate program (Two or more diplomas or certificates - with one bachelor of 3 or more years)? Will IRCC view it as false statement even if I am going with a lower ECA evaluation in my EE profile than what it actually could come out to be? I am not bumping it up in my EE first and then getting a lower eval if you see what I am saying here. It's the other way around.
